Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be providing high quality, dedicated customer support to our sales team and customers by providing product, order, account receivable, and inventory information. Additionally, you will be part of our inside sales support team. This is a temp to hire position, 100% remote. We will provide all equipment to you, and full training.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Maintain customer orders and monitor the order fulfillment process
• Monitor customer accounts receivable positions and reach out to customers as needed
• Process bank cash files into accounts receivable
• Reach out to leads and accounts with no recent activity
• Prepare export documentation where needed
• Support territory sales managers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, work independently
• Ability to problem solve
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Word & Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
