Position Summary
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in online sales targeting the US market. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with hands-on experience in B2C lead generation. The candidate will leverage platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads and paying customers.
Key Responsibilities●
Lead Generation & Prospecting○ Identify and connect with US-based college and university students and recent graduates through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.○ Build targeted lead lists using advanced search, filters, and automation tools.○ Generate consistent qualified leads that align with the company’s sales and marketing goals.● Sales Outreach & Conversion○ Conduct personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects, nurture interest, and convert leads into paying customers.○ Manage conversations from first contact through close, maintaining high response rates and conversion efficiency.○ Use CRM tools to track engagement, manage follow-ups, and optimize conversion workflows.● CRM & Data Management○ Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems○ Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved targeting.● Market Intelligence○ Research US market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior among university and early-career segments.○ Share feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams to refine campaign strategies.
Qualifications & Experience●
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in online sales or lead generation for US-based companies.● Experience in B2C selling, preferably to students or early-career audiences.● Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools.● Experience working with CRM systems● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.● Ability to work independently with measurable deliverables and KPIs.
